One of the leading Hong Kong IT managed services and solution providers (with other regional offices in Macau, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Foshan and Taiwan) is looking for System Enginner:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide IT system or solution implementations service
• Provide IT helpdesk support and onsite technical support services to end users and corporate customers
• Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 3-5 years experience in IT project and support (calls and on-site troubleshooting) (candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Engineer)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPS, LAN/WAN
• Experience in Windows Server (AD, File & Print, Exchange) and Linus Servers
• Experience in Virtualization (VMware and HyperV)
• Able to communicate in Cantonese,  English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
