With the expansion of the are of investment, a Hong Kong listed company engaged in property development and investing in ventures related to its core businesses and associated industries is looking for a Responsible  Officer (Type 4 & Type 9):

Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 and 9 regulated activities
• Provide research support to senior management on firm’s secondary markets funds and primary market investment
• Assist in writing, reviewing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices
• Provide assistance in communications with SFC and other regulators
• Perform other duties as assigned;

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance for related disciplines
• Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer with Type 4 & Type 9 preferred, however, Type 4 & Type 9 Representative with above mentioned experience will also be considered
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in asset management field
• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
