With the expansion of the area of business, a long established buying office of a leading German trading company is looking for the following position:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance / Accounting

  • Lead and manage the overseas finance teams to provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis
  • Perform monthly reporting for management to review
  • Manage all tax matters in local office and report all tax issues to head office
  • Prepare the year-end financial accounts for audit and to liaise with the Auditors
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Assist in internal control implementation and enhancement

Human Resources

  • Work closely with Country Manager and HR Manager to direct the human resources function
  • Take care individual tax status of expats and their work permit status.
  • Assist to develop policies and procedures to align with corporate objective
  • Assist to manage HRMS and other applications implementation in the local offices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experiences
  • Based in HK and frequent travel to Shanghai and Bangladesh is required
  • Independent, mature, motivated, pro-active and willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency¬†in¬†written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
