With the expansion of the area of business, a long established buying office of a leading German trading company is looking for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance / Accounting
- Lead and manage the overseas finance teams to provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis
- Perform monthly reporting for management to review
- Manage all tax matters in local office and report all tax issues to head office
- Prepare the year-end financial accounts for audit and to liaise with the Auditors
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Assist in internal control implementation and enhancement
Human Resources
- Work closely with Country Manager and HR Manager to direct the human resources function
- Take care individual tax status of expats and their work permit status.
- Assist to develop policies and procedures to align with corporate objective
- Assist to manage HRMS and other applications implementation in the local offices
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant working experiences
- Based in HK and frequent travel to Shanghai and Bangladesh is required
- Independent, mature, motivated, pro-active and willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
