A well-known international retail company is looking for Customer Service Representatives (Japanese / Korean Speaking):


  • Handle live chat, customer calls and helpdesk support on our daily deals
  • Follow up customer requests and/or technical support cases
  • Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
  • Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
  • Monitor Service Level Agreement metrics according to customer agreements and internal regulation


  • Graduates in IT related discipline
  • 1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in spoken English and Japanese / Korean
  • Proactive, Patient, service-oriented and possess good communication
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5-day work (09:00 – 18:00)
